eBlast Availability Schedule
Reach the Tech Symposium attendees and stakeholders with your personalized message, from our email marketing platform!
You craft the email with your own HTML code which you host on your website – or – provide us with a headline, text and a header image.
ATCA will distribute on your behalf. This eblast will be sent to the prior year’s opt-in registrants and the current year’s opt-in registrants.
Reserve, schedule, and provide materials for your eBlast no later than ten business days before the anticipated launch and ten business days before the start of the event .
Quantity is limited to one available sponsored eBlast per day - with no sponsored eblasts the week of the show or the week following the show.

eBlast Production Requirements
Email blast content in HTML format
The best practice is if you host this on a back/hidden page of your/your client’s website and send us the link. That makes the images appear correctly since they are most likely coming from your server). It should help the design team to know that we use the Constant Contact platform.
If you are unable to design/host your eBlast graphics on your own, ATCA will not be able to design this in HTML for you.
However, you may provide us with:
• A plain text headline – up to 45 characters will work. Short and scannable helps with the email title.
• Body copy – There is no limit to body copy, but generally people won’t want to scroll too much. 3- 4 paragraphs work, also a bullet point list in the middle is effective.
• A header image at 600 pixels wide, 300 dpi, and we will upload this into Constant Contact
Subject Line
Please give us an eye-catching subject line to use for the eBlast.
Email address
We do not need and email address from you for the email blast - The email will send from our email vendor, Constant Contact. The ATCA email will appear in the “From” field, and we will note that we are sending it on your behalf.
Physical/Street Address of your Company
(We need your address, as this is required by our email server for anti-spam laws).

Available inventory is open to all on a first come first served basis.
• Reach ATCA’s followers on Twitter (7,131), LinkedIn (6,214 members and 4,263 followers), and Facebook (6,008). The 'Takeover' includes two posts per business day during the contracted week
• Content must be provided for posting two weeks prior to sponsored week

Social Media Production Requirements
This sponsorship entitles you to two posts a day, Monday through Friday which we will post on your behalf on ATCA’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.
Here’s what we will need from sponsors:
• We will need written direction on the date and time of you would like each Social media post, the copy for each post, and the image (by filename) to be used for each post.
Please note that we have had some sponsors provide 2-4 different posts to be rotated throughout the week at our discretion,
and we have had sponsors provide a different post for each morning and afternoon for each day of the week.
• The copy for each post will need to be provided in three lengths for each specific social channel
Facebook copy is limited to 2000 characters
LinkedIn copy is limited to 1300 characters
Twitter copy is limited to 280 characters
• We will need images in a .png or .jpg file for each post sized for each social channel – The post images should be built to the following sizes:
Facebook images 600px wide, 335px tall
LinkedIn images 1200px wide, 628px tall
Twitter images 470 px wide, 246px tall
