What is the ATCA Conference?

The ATCA Annual Conference and Exposition celebrates its 57th year as North America’s premier ATC/ATM conference with 3,000 attendees and over 120 exhibiting companies & organizations.

 

The 57th Annual ATCA Conference and Exposition takes an in-depth look at the future of air traffic control. As ATC/ATM industry thought leaders, ATCA continues to make its Annual Conference the premier forum for industry professionals.

 

The Conference will be three days of presentations, seminars, networking opportunities and exhibition with the participation of internationally recognized experts in the ATC/ATM industry.

 

Where is the ATCA Conference?

The Annual Conference is taking place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD located in the in the Washington, DC-area on October 1 - 3, 2012.

 

Who should Attend ATCA Annual Conference

The conference is open to the general public.

The topics are appropriate for a wide variety of individuals - air traffic controllers, policy developers and decision-makers, government and industry executives, ATC technology users and developers and Air Traffic Management professionals in the following areas:  Civil Aviation Authorities including Government Departments and Regulators, Airlines, ATC Service Providers and Air Navigation Service Providers, Airports and Airport Authorities, Systems Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers, Engineering, Military, Consultancies, Non-governmental Organizations (associations, unions, etc).

Hotel Reservations

The Gaylord National Resort is offering discounted room rates for conference attendees and exhibitors. For 2012, the discounted room rate is $254 a night plus any applicable fees and taxes. There are a limited number of government rate rooms available. To make your reservations please click on the appropriate ling below.

 

Please note that these rates expire on August 29, 2012. The Gaylord has historically sold out over our conference dates and we expect the same to occur this year. We encourage everyone needing an overnight stay to make their reservations as early as possible.

 

General Conference Reservations ($254 rate)

 

Government Rate Reservations (applicable goverment per diem rate

The government rate rooms are for government employees only (not government contractors). Please note that all reservations under the government rate room block will be audited to insure all recipients are government employees. If  a non-government employee has a room reservation under the government room block it will be automatically moved to the general conference room block at the $254 rate. 

  

 

How to get there

Reduced parking available. Please see the ATCA registration booth to receive your discount ticket.


There is also a free shuttle that will run a loop between the Gaylord and FAA FOB10A (800 Independence Avenue, SW. The shuttle will pickup at the C Street Entrance (7th and C St, SW). This is one block from L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station.
